2019 Honda CRV is one of the models that Honda changed for this year, making it even more popular and attractive but favorable for most of the buyers. Thanks to an enlarged size, it has more space inside, so the car is much more comfortable inside, and with a stronger engine and a hybrid version, it could satisfy every buyer.
As we said, 2019 Honda CRV comes as slightly changed model. One of those changes is longer hood and the front end of the redesigned grille. This time it has massive rhomboidal shape, with a wide chromatic line across it. The rear end looks a little typical for sporty crossovers, with a rounded shape and thin spoiler on the top of it, but the car is sportier and more aggressive than the last model, which promises larger cabin and more space for a heavy load.
2019 Honda CRV has very interesting and attractive cabin with many futuristic details and modern and attractively designed interior. The wide dashboard has few woody and chromatic details, as well as large colorful 5.0-inch touchscreen on the top of it. Even the base model has great equipment which includes rearview camera, intelligent cruise control, audio system with 4 mighty speakers, automatic climate control, 6-way manual-configuration driver’s seat and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Higher trims have much more things, like Home Link and auto-dimming mirrors.
There will be offered three engines as optional in 2019 Honda CRV. Besides the base model 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine with 190 horsepower and 170 pound-feet of torque, there will be a stronger one, a 2.4-liter four-in-line engine with 184 horsepower. Both should be paired with CVT transmission as the only option. However, there is a new, hybrid engine that comes with this model and that is 2.0-liter Atkinson four-in-line paired with the two-motor hybrid system. It should be the same engine as on new Honda Accord.
2019 Honda CRV Release Date and Price
2019 Honda CRV should be on the market before the end of 2018, and as we concerned, it could be very competitive in years to come. The price of $24,000 for the base model and $32,000 as the highest price of this car remained from the last model, so buyers should be satisfied with it. That also means that competitors should be worried. Among them are the most attractive models on the market, like Ford Escape and Nissan Rogue. We could add Jeep Cherokee on that list, but we should say that Honda tows only 1,500 pounds, which is three times less than Cherokee does.
