After the great popularity of their previous models, 2019 Porsche 911 Cabriolet represents a new and modern style which manufacturer followed designing the new car with but keeping the old features which are recognizable on old models. There will be found many new details (even though we are not sure how many of them will be in the final version), but Porsche fans, which are a lot, will still have those details which are known on the previous models. The spy photos we could see covered many things, but we still could imagine the look of the new series of these popular cars.
It is important to make clear that this model is possibly a first one in the new generation of the 911s models in the years to come. That’s why many things look amazing and completely different from the last models, and many of them are obviously still on trial. As the first thing, we simply have to share with you is an impressive idea with rear wing, which makes a part of the rear end of the car, stretching the width of the car and surely making him more attractive. It continues on truck, similar to the last models, with interesting additions, like the spoiler and a row of horizontal strips with the thin rear lights on the top of it.
Below it is a line of also thin rear lights. The front end is not clearly visible by now, but front lights are those popular ones, seen on last Porsche models and which are surely those which made this brand famous and recognizable. Both ends are connected with a familiar roof, maybe like on Targa versions by now with automated soft-top. Speaking about the known models, the new car will be built on a platform which Volkswagen made for Lamborghini, so these two cars will share the same platform in the future.
There are no information or clear photos of the inside of the car, but this is a 2019 Porsche 911 Cabriolet so everything is possible and expected.
The engine in this car is already seen on Carrera for 2017, so there should not be so many surprises. If we are right, that will be a 3.0-liter flat-6 engine with 370 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque with an optional stronger version with 420 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque on Carrera S model. Many rumors have supported and information that there will be a hybrid version, too.
Conclusion and Release Date
So, if you think that new 2019 Porsche 911 Cabriolet will be a miracle that is supposed to be, you should wait for the end of 2018 to see this model on car shows. Model will be out at the end of 2018, and it will be sold as 2019 model.
